In a cup add tea bag, Chai Masala, and ginger. Add boiling water and allow tea to steep. Remove tea bag and add milk or cream and sugar to taste.
Heat milk with Chai Masala, Bring to a boil. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar to taste. (also great with vanilla flavoured steamed milk).
Heat water in a pot with tea bag, ginger and Chai Masala on medium heat. Allow mixture to come to a boil. Add sugar, then cool in the refrigerator. In a class add ice cubes, chai mixture and a slice of lemon.
In a pan heat water with tea bag, ginger and Chai masala on medium heat. Allow mixture to come to a boil then add milk. Bring chai to a boil. Remove from heat. Add sugar to taste.
