Garam Masala

A blend made with eight different spices. This blend is used in many meat dishes along with Thana Jeeroo, and also in daals.  Also used as a garnish in some dishes.

A light blend made with 3 different spices. This blend is used mainly in vegetarian, meat and fish dishes.

Black Mustard Seed

Small round black/brown seed used for flavoring vegetable dishes also used as a garnish in some appetizers.
