Bhaskar and Daksha started the company in 2000. Their mission is to provide 100 percent pure spices of the highest quality with no preservatives, additives or MSG for healthy eating. Part of their passion is to share their style of cooking with the rest of the world. Both Bhaskar and Daksha take extra care in cleaning, blending and grinding the spices. The spice blends are put together following recipes that have passed down in their family going back 300 years. Daksha has taught Indian Cooking since 1986 and published her first cookbook in 1996. Followed by Cookbooks II and III. All the cookbooks use the blends of spices which Bhaskar and Daksha prepare and package.
